About Me

Hi, I’m Lizzie — your English teacher and confidence coach!

I’m a CELTA-qualified English teacher with over 15 years of experience helping learners from all around the world improve their English and build confidence. Before I earned my CELTA qualification in 2014 - I was a Teaching Assistant in schools in the south of England, and since then I’ve taught across Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Italy, and England.

My passion lies in helping students communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations. I believe English learning should be enjoyable, practical, and empowering — not just about grammar and textbooks.

What I Teach

I specialise in Conversational English for EFL learners, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and everyday communication.
I also teach a range of practical skills, including:

• GCSE English - with a focus on the critical thinking skills needed for literature and language exams.
